Good luck breaking into the 200's! If you feel like you've been stuck for awhile maybe try changing up your routine a little? I'm by no means any type of expert but I've found my body reacts best to a little inconsistency.

I actually agree with Fozziebear, I always found changing things up helped with a stall... sometimes we get into a rut with our food... and adding some fat. Sometimes we forget, and we need that too.

Still doing my bouncing and hanging at a higher weight than I'd like...even when I don't feel 'off the rails'... Stress in different areas of my life right now...so need to be kind to myself

Maintenance range +/- 165

Started at the gym this week and have been doing my running app...
