It's been a busy start to the week so I'm late getting here.
I was at about the same level of activity this week as I was last week which means there's room for improvement but my focus needs to be elsewhere right now so I'm ok with it for the short term and once I establish a new work routine I'll figure out how to fit it all in. At least that's the plan.
Eating was good this week but I did feel challenged a few times to stay on course. I added a few snacks and while they were healthy and didn't drastically effect my totals for the day it's a dangerous habit. This week I'm tightening back up.
HW- 386
LW- 259.5
TW- 256.8
Next goal is reaching the 240's followed by 236 (150 lbs lost)
