Onederland!
Surgery was on 3/11/16. My first weigh-in after surgery was 334 lbs and BMI of 55. All week long I've been walking on air because as of Monday, 1/2/17, I am down to 197. My goal is 170, with an option for an additional 10. For the first time in 45+ years I see my goal as attainable.
You know what? We got this!
This so great! Congratulations!

Oh, goodness. I don't really count carbs, but I do keep my calories at about 900 tops to continue losing. I'm hovering just over 180 now and working at low cal on weekdays, loosen it up on the weekend.
Let me recommend that you journal every bite/drink -- I use My Fitness Pal. It really helped me, especially when I'd have a slow down. And welcome aboard!
