Congrats to everyone hitting goals and great numbers this week! The hard work is paying off!

I've been trying to ignore the scale but it just sits there staring at me and I cave. I don't want to move it out of sight because I need to work through it rather than avoiding it. Anyway, I was 4 weeks out yesterday and while the numbers are moving in the right direction I'm struggling a little with how slowly they seem to go. I had a follow up appointment yesterday and all of my blood work was "great" and my incisions have healed up incredibly well. Just gotta keep plugging away.

I'm plugging along. I've been working at adding another 8oz of fluids in daily. I typically do not drink anything before leaving the house for work- so I'm forcing my self to drink a whole 8oz when I take my iron, instead of just a sip to wash the pills down. Exercise is on point. I'm meeting my protein goals. 

Onward and downward!
