Weekly weigh-in 12/05/16-12/11/16
Another week, another 1 pound loss...im glad it's still a loss, but the back of my mind is starting to worry that I'm not getting the most out of my honeymoon phase! There are were a few days where I didn't get my protein in, I need to be more vigilant. I know low calories aren't the only factor. Ugh.
But other than that, it was a great week and weekend. We're really in holiday mode now!

I'm almost back to my pre-Thanksgiving low and I'm looking forward to the knowledge that the Winter Holiday will not involve as much food as Thanksgiving did. And there will be more people around to eat leftovers and to keep me busy! :)
I think I read somewhere that my plastic surgeon of choice wants people to be stable for 3 months prior to plastics, and I'm aiming for beginning of June, so I need to stick with my program to make that happen!!

I was sure I gained this week- I was snacking uncontrollably. But on healthy snacks...but still. I lost a pound. Still unsure what I'm doing with maintenance/losing and how to figure it all out. But right now I just want to get through this next month of holiday parties alive and not above 150.

I haven't been as good as I should be, but better than last week. Started doing yogurt protein smoothies again to make sure I get my protein goals. Vitamin habits are better, but not perfect. I need a better system. Had bread the other day (Subway), but otherwise carbs are low. Yoga twice last week, and started at the gym with a trainer. My quads haaaaaaaaated me this weekend. But under 350 for the first time in YEARS!

I was sure with being away visiting grandbabies, I gained a ton- I was terrified to get on the scale. 1.4 up....so even between, gingerbread, ice cream, candy and various even 'healthy carbs' it wasn't so bad...whew!
