Weekly weigh in 11/7-11/13

so I'm pretty much stuck-- been this weight for about a month. I really need to focus on the average weekly weight. My daily weights have been fluctuating big time. I did pin down that I'm taking in about 300-400 calories too much. I'm working it back out 100 calories at a time; so don't expect to see an immediate turnaround.
Exercise is on point, I'm in the size I want to be- so I'm in no rush to take off these last few. I'm doing all the right things-- so I'm just going to ride out this slow wave.

New to the weekly weigh in, but figured I should join in. I'm about 3 weeks out, so I can't wait to be able to see and share my moving numbers throughout the weeks :)

It is Sunday and I am coming in right under the wire.....
Between Med adjustment and doing CAMAW the 7lbs I was complaining about and a little more is off. I had lost 3 by last week's post and 7 this week- that is crazy but I'll take it....
So yay!
