Weekly Weigh In 10/3-10/9
I should NOT be the one to start the post this week, but here's to accountability :P Yesterday my partner and I went to the Ren Faire, a diner for lunch, and then out for Indian for his "last meal" prior to his heart surgery today. And the scale rewarded me with a 3 pound jump. Woot :P I know it'll go quickly, but that doesn't mean it's not annoying for this post!
High weight: 319
Last week: 173.5
This week: 174.6 (was as low as 171.7 during the week!)
Next goal: 169 - One Hundred Fifty Lost/75% EWL (and to have the scale know that I'm me right away instead of having to ask if I'm my partner! That should happen around 165 I think?)

I had gained a pound last week when I weighed from I assumed being in NYC but then I weighed 2 days later because I needed to know if it was water weight or what and I had lost 2 pounds lol so I'm assuming that's what it was. I only count every Monday's weight so that I'm consistent with what I track though. So technically between last Monday and this Monday I lost 5 pounds - wtf?! Not complaining obviously but nothing changed, I ate the same, same activity level, everything. SO RANDOM.
And now I'm only 11 pounds from that normal BMI that I really thought was completely unattainable. And I'm kind of in disbelief and think that I might be able to get there. I'm still only eating 800 calories during the week. On the weekends that DH is off and we do something that goes up to 1000 calories. But I'm also not feeling like I'm starving so I don't see a reason to change it yet and I want to maximize this loss as long as I freaking can.

The scale makes no sense sometimes.... I am trying to get onto a more even keel in maintenance. '170' is my Oh S* #... that I have designated. Did hit that this week one day. Usually up my fluids when I have a sudden gain...as it is usually water retention. I weigh daily but My official weigh day I record is Wednesdays...

Still working on drinking my water and still having a hard time. Got my first batch of PatchMD vitamins yesterday and forgot to put them on last night....REALLY???? First night and I already forgot??....setting a reminder on my phone ASAP!!

Next Goal BMI of 29 "Overweight"
Since I use the average weight over the course of the week and I missed a few days weighing since I was out of town; my weight appears to be up. However, the scale actually read my lowest weight yet today--193.9. So I made my goal of at least 196 for today follow-up appointment with the surgeon :-)
I'm trying to add a fifth day of exercise in. The trainer I met with gave me a routine I can do at home- so I'm enlisting my son to do it with me once per week.

Congrats to everyone. And I know the struggle, I went with a friend to a bakery yesterday and I purchased the thinnest cheese cake that I have ever seen, and I saved it until today cause I didn't want a jump on the scale anyways,
