Good for you! I set lots of 'mini-goals' along the way to keep myself motivated. Didn't alway**** them, but I really think it helped.

I have been playing bouncy, bouncy, bouncy with my weight +/- 4-5lbs....in a week.... which I guess could be normal in maintenance, but I don't like it...because my bouncy, bouncy is at the higher end of what I like.... For awhile I was staying consistently 165/166 liked that much better. Would feel better if I was bouncing  in the 163-168 5lb range. not 165-170.... It all starts in our head, right? At almost 400lbs, +/- 5lbs made no difference, now it makes a difference.....
