High weight: 337
Last week: 198.7
This week: 195.9
Next goal: 196 @ surgeon visit on 10/7; then 185.

I've gotta be super careful to ensure 196 @ my 10/7/16 appointment- I'm teetering on the edge. I was lower but trended back toward 196.blah blah. Damn fickle scale! Either way-- I can't believe I'm so close to my goal!!

Good Morning everyone,

Heigh weight: 310

Last week's weight: 279.4

This week's weight: 276.4

3 pounds down this week. Go girl!

So, this was my first week back to work. I must say I was exhausted this week, but I managed to get to the gym three days and have walked everyday at work aiming to reach those 10000 steps a day. I've taken my all my meals with me to work, so my eating and vitamins are on track. And the water for that matter. I feel good about the first week and developing me a little system that is working.

Goal 1: 233

Goal 2: 170

High weight:310

Mo 1: 30

You are not that far out...so tired is to be expected. You push through, and then it hits you. Exercise will be easier and more consistent as you lose more and recover fully from surgery. Sounds like you are doing great!

So this week has been all over the map on the scale. So do not have this maintenance thing down, and so am NOT cured of anything. Daily battle- mostly in my mind....

I had been hovering pretty steadily at 165/166 which I was happy with... then up to 167/168...then met OH peeps in city and after a full day of walking, down to 165 to start a weekend away with them.... after weekend 169... tried getting back on track but nightime eating was derailing me...2 days later 171! Ack over the 170 threshold... tons of water the next day and white knuckled the cravings ... back down 3 lbs overnigh****er retention.... Today had funeral for my Aunt, hung out with family...did fine on the food... but cr** the dessert, totally fell on my face. And I brought it! Rather than cooking I thought it was safer to just order some stuff from the bakery...really good bakery...assortment of small stuff.... well the food got put away and the dessert- small stuff- sat out all afternoon.... pick, pick, pick. ugh. I was going to make a sugar free Cheesecake, but my SIL told me not to make it- it would be too much. Which it would have been, but I wanted something 'safe'...

Back to the drawing board as they say and Back on Track..... I have no more events for like a month, and I am sticking to it!!

Routine is our friend!

Your reply reminds me how scared I am of Christmas coming upon us! I am not near maintenance but I fear a pick here or there (without any bad side affects) will lead my scale in the opposite direction. I am already battling my stall of 10 days since starting at the gym and our local fair being in town! Which I will not be attending until Friday and plan to only have a bite of some things and stick to protein forward options like grilled shrimp on a stick. Good luck to you, you got this! That's easy to see by reading your stats. :-)
