Weekly weigh-in 8/29 - 9/4
Hi all, I'm still pre op, but between behaviour changes, and now pre op diet, I am down 30lbs as of this week.
I think the most I've ever managed to lose at a time was 31. So I'm officially heading into new territory. And it's exciting.
Besides the health benefits, one of the main reasons I decided to have surgery was travel. I have always been obese, but traveled a lot. I realized over the last 5-6 years, as my weight crept up and up, I made my world smaller and smaller. My last two flights required seatbelt extenders, and that was four years ago!
i cannot wait to strap in!

man this thing is getting harder and harder to lose. I know it can be done- just makes me appreciate that early period I complained was slow. Hindsight is 20/20.
I need to focus on my after work/before dinner snacking. When I look at my day that where most of my calories are coming from. It's always been the hardest part of the day for me. My choices aren't bad-- just unnecessary.
