Basically I'm just maintaining this week. I'm confident with my menu so I just gotta ride out this slow wave. Activity, water etc is where it needs to me. Onderland more frequently makes visits to my scale- just want to see it contently now. So my goal weight is 175, I think once I'm firmly in onderland I'll have 10# mini goals.

Down 9 pounds, I am so excited.

My first time posting...hi everyone! 

 

Highest weight:  339   February 2016

Surgery weight:  305   6/29/2016

(When I got home from surgery, I weighed 311 - yep, a six pound gain)

Last week weight:  271

This week weight:  270

My eating plan and activity was actually great this week but my son left for college and my mom has been ill so it was a stressful week. That cortisol from stress holds on to my weight terribly. Hopefully next week will be better. If you pray, please pray for me :)
