You're soo close! You can do it!!
I posted on the main boards because I have a big mouth and I was super freakin excited- but I HIT MY MAIN GOAL!! I'm overwhelmed with happiness. I picked 175 as a goal that was unattainable. I've looked at charts saying that starting at 377 20% of patients would reach 188 pounds by 18 months out. I've looked at that thing probably 300 times. And I've beaten it pounds and time wise. It's amazing :)
Meanwhile my headaches decided to rear their ugly head - because I got off a med that was causing me dizziness. So I'm trying to work on getting those under control. So this week has been ****ty, blech.
But I'm resetting my goal to 150. No idea if I can lose more but I'd like a cushion for regain so I'm going to continue eating how I am now and working to lose to see if I can make that. I'm happy where I am now but I'm aware that regain will most likely happen so I want that cushion of at least 10 pounds, 25 pounds would be even better right?
