Weekly Weigh in 7/25 - 7/31
I was able to lose more again this week so I had a good week! I took Cynthia's advice on a thread of mine to start weighing daily since I've been hovering around my goal weight. I have been getting obsessive about it but if I'm honest I'm obsessive with it right now since I'm so close anyways. Now I'm 1 pound away and I can't believe it. I'm going to work ridiculously hard to meet that goal this week!!

I am still holding steady. I want to lose a few, but am not really doing anything to make that happen, so I guess it is what it is. I go back to school in 2 weeks so getting back on my regular routine will make it easier for me.

so I finally got a handle on things and 100% effort led to the biggest loss I've seen in months. Changing how I consume my calories- preserving protein and adding a day to exercise seemed to have done the trick. So close to onederland!! I'm on vacation next week- not gonna let it derail me!!
