I was able to lose more again this week so I had a good week! I took Cynthia's advice on a thread of mine to start weighing daily since I've been hovering around my goal weight. I have been getting obsessive about it but if I'm honest I'm obsessive with it right now since I'm so close anyways. Now I'm 1 pound away and I can't believe it. I'm going to work ridiculously hard to meet that goal this week!!

I am still holding steady. I want to lose a few, but am not really doing anything to make that happen, so I guess it is what it is. I go back to school in 2 weeks so getting back on my regular routine will make it easier for me.

My weight is up this week but I know it was my own fault, eating too many calories this weekend. But I'm starting good today.

Good job Melinda! I'm not weighing myself this week, my aunt flo is visiting. lol Still making my way to the low 170's & stay there for a while.

so I finally got a handle on things and 100% effort led to the biggest loss I've seen in months. Changing how I consume my calories- preserving protein and adding a day to exercise seemed to have done the trick.  So close to onederland!! I'm on vacation next week- not gonna let it derail me!!
