With all the family drama and new job stress, I haven't posted or even come to OH in about a month. Luckily, I think it is all starting to calm down. During the month I haven't focused on weight loss at all. I just kept on maintaining. But it is time to get back to it and lose those last 20 pounds.

I was bummed this week to see the same weight as last week. But had to be honest with myself that I celebrated my cancerversary at a sushi place - had two pieces of sushi and a decent portion of my no rice hibachi grill meal and then ate the leftovers the next day. Plus DH made ribs on Sunday - not the kind with sauce, just with a spice rub. But still, that can't be great calories wise. Oh and I got stuck at a work thing where they ordered Panera and I was in a SUPER stressful situation and I did get a salad and I think I stress/anxiety ate too much of it - it did have chicken on it so yay protein but boo calories there too.
So not going to stress about it, at least there was no gain. I'm just so close to my main goal that I was like NOOOO lol. But I've stuck to it this week.
Anyways - new week, new lows hopefully!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS on your cancerversary. NOTHING, BUT NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT. And you celebrated and did not see a weight gain. That's wonderful. You have the rest of your life for the weight thingy. God Bless you.
It gets harder to lose every week the smaller you get... Don't stress... it will happen.

finally, a smidgen of movement in the right direction-- I see I have to be totally on point to keep it going -- I'm farther out and see how indiscretions will be blaringly obvious. Accepting that reality is hard-- but necessary. 7# to onderland-- gotta get there by my 18 month follow up.
