Weekly Weigh In 6/27- 7/03
Ok people 4th of July weekend coming up, how's everyone doing? Me, I'm still steady & hanging out in the 170's, so I'm pretty good, but I still want to work my way down, so I'll have to start playing with the numbers again, but for now maintaining is what I'm aiming for. My stats so far:
High weight 366
Last week 177
This week 177
Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi
What's your plan on getting thru the 4th of July weekend? Me, I'm working, ah the rotating shift. lol

We don't really do things for that holiday and DH has to work so I don't have anything to do anyways lol. So I'll get through it like any other weekend :)
I'm chugging along over here...stressed about work. Big changes and not good ones. Trying to decided if I'm ready to make the leap and quit and do editing for real. I hate adulating sometimes.
Trying not to stress eat and get to my damn goal in the meantime!

Sorry about your Mom, I understand when someone dies associated with a Holiday...my Dad passed on Christmas.
That is a great weight loss for a week, considering you are not newly out from surgery. Nice!

So sorry for your loss. I remember when my Dad was in the hospital he was scheduled to come home on my birthday but he died b4 that. I always think on my birthday as the day he was supposed to come home but didn't.
Chin up, hope you have a great day anyway.

I have a few teacher friends coming over to swim on the 4th (we do this once a week) but other than that, nothing special. My daughter is terrified of fireworks so we tend to keep it low-key here.
My new Withings BodyCardio scale is scheduled to be here Friday. Yippee!! I'm excited about getting more fit and my new scale will help me keep track of my stats. I am also thinking about getting my bodyfat measured with a BodPod. A friend of mine has a fitness studio and she is having a mobile bodpod come to her studio. I want a number I can compare to my new scale's reading. I am turning 50 in six weeks. That has definitely motivated me to work on getting even healthier.
I have been walking around 20K steps a day. It is hotter than Hades here in Texas, but I love being outdoors even in the heat.
Here are my stats for the week:
- 5'7" tall, 49 years old, 7.75 years out from RNY
- Highest Weight: 339
- Goal Weight: 140
- Last Week: 140
- This Week: 140
I hope everyone has a great week!!

I have no plans outside of rest, relaxation, and spending time with my dogs. I'll probably do an 8k walk tomorrow or Saturday. I'm on staycation next week and the week after.

this damn bouncy bounce is working my last nerve. I take my average weight over my seven days of weigh ins and this week has been a wide range. Ugg. You really have to look at a longer range of time to see the progress the further out you get. I'm 6# lower than a month ago so it's moving-- I gotta focus on the macros. This week was hard as I'd gone up as high as 210, but I didn't let panic ensue-- still is a total mind warp though.
For the 4th I'm not to concerned, we're traveling and I packed road food for myself. We're staying at a hotel but are within minutes of my sister, so we'll be eating there mostly. Brought my workout stuff-- I will get those in! Add in the sightseeing- etc Im good.
