Weekly Weigh in 6/20-6/26
Had a big drop this week of 4 pounds. Any time that happens at this point I'm so freakin happy. I have ten pounds to go to reach my original goal. TEN. That seems insane to me when I had 202 pounds to lose.

TOTAL LOSS: 249 pounds
My body seems to like hanging around the 170's & frankly I'm kinda happy too, I know my Dr is happy, so I wonder if I should just keep pushing or just hang out in the 170's for awhile. I stay within a 5lb range of my lowest weight & clamp down when it starts creeping up. I'm doing the bouncy thing, one day 173, another 177, another back to 175 etc. Well I'll see how it goes. My stats so far:
High weight 366
Last week 175
This week 177
Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi???

I've had to change thing up as I worked my way down or up! Lol, it might just be a change in what you're eating like high salt foods. I know I've been on a salami & cold cuts kick, which has a lot of salt! So I'm trying not to let the scale freak me out.

Stuck in a major accident in Indiana on my way home, Chicago to NY... So figured a good time to post. My scale has been a roller coaster this week being away. As high as a 5lb gain, then down 3 overnight. The scale is a fickle friend.

still trying to figure out maintenance. Once I get home and back on my normal schedule, want to get back to 170ish. Did Bidy fat testing via dexascan this week. Body fat at 175 is 21%.

so over all up a bit this week but I'm not surprised since last week was such a big loss, which is atypical at this point for me. I don't think anything has been out of hand eating wise. (Actually, I had a few mini-meltdowns over making the right choice--- still not an easy thing to do...) It's my birthday this weekend and I did allow myself to a slice of cake from my favorite bakery that I'll enjoy some point this weekend. I'd give my left arm for a bagel too-- and I'll be in NY, bagel heaven, but likely it won't fit in with the day's plans.
I'm happy to have been getting in some extra impromptu exercise with my kids. Currently heading to Bike for a bit.
I will see you onderlamd!!
