Spending my morning in a Starbucks (eating turkey jerky and moon cheese for breakfast) as my husband is getting sleeved this very minute!

This weekend we had my son's 4th bday party, so I had more sugar over the weekend than I've probably had total in the past 2-3 months.  It's amazing how quickly you crave it again.

Highest: 315

last week: 256.4

This week: 249.8

goal: 160

  • Highest Weight: 351  Surgery Weight:  331
  • Goal Weight: TBD.  180 maybe.
  • Last Week: 304.5
  • This Week: 302.4

In addition to walking 5/6 days a week, I got in the pool for a few hours with my kids which was great.  I need a new swim suit, mine was falling off.  I ordered one its coming in the mail.

Family member had a health crisis this week, unusual added stress.  Still staying on track.  Even when someone brought us tacos for dinner, I just ate the grilled chicken out of the tacos, and threw the tortillas away.

I had a few weeks where my loss was so fast, it seems to have slowed down to about 2.5 lbs a week over the last few weeks, which seems ok, especially if that is sustainable.  Also seem to be developing a pattern where the scale doesn't move for 4-5 days, then it jumps down.

Vsg April 25th 2016 with Benjamin Shadle.
