As I said last week, I hated to post my 'low' weight because I was heading into a four day wedding weekend for my niece. As long as Laura started the formal ball rolling, I'll post a pic too...

one pound for each day eating dessert. :( trying to get back on track, and routine....but the weight is fluctuating not dropping... I prefer 172-173. so keeping on pushing. Once you have a carb weekend, it is hard to get into routine again, but doing it quickly, I know is key. For the moment I am telling myself 170-175 is my happy place...even though I haven't hit 170 yet...

my weight fluctuates a lot day to day. Today's weight was actually 209, but my average over the last seven days is what I go by. Sometimes it frustrates me-- but its the best way to approach it for me. I'm just happy to be moving. Yesterday I was wearing size 12 pants-- that's my goal size. I'm not firmly in a 12 yet, but being close has me wanting to shoot for a 10 :-)
