Weekly Weigh In 4/18 - 4/24
Oops, a day late in posting. Since I normally post Thursdays, well, yesterday my weight was 295, which was down 5 pounds. I hit my '15% weight loss' milestone at the Optifast program meetings, so I get my new little wristband next week -- just in time for a 2 week cruise, during which I hope I don't gain anything back!
I'm transitioning off the Optifast program into more 'real foods' now, too. Since I was eating a lot of real foods before, it's actually not all too much different. I just won't feel like I'm 'off program' when I eat fruit now!

finess: 4x a week- I'm upping my mpg a smudged on the treadmill though.
Im moving like a snail through quicksand through the 2-teens, but at least I'm moving. My actual weight is quite lower then the average, but the majority of the week was on the higher end.

I wonder if it has to do with how far out you are from. Surgery too. I am where you are time wise and having the same struggles. I am 30 pounds from goal. Getting back at it this week....
