I Love My Insurance!!! (Cross Post)

Now, I know that may not be something that just rolls off the tongues of most of us, but in this case, I couldn't be more happy.  I just called to be sure that my allergy testing and chiropractor appointment would be covered.  Yep 100%.  Then, I took a deep breath and asked how much my WLS and hospitalization would be...100% COVERED!  Are you kidding me?  I am floating on a cloud right now.  I can go into that surgery even more excited because I won't have to sell my first born to pay for this fabulous opportunity to change my life for the better.

That is wonderful! I'm just getting started myself. Friday I faxed off some paperwork to the WLS center at the hospital I work at. Now I have to wait while they get the pre-approval. Based on my BMI and co-morbidities, I'm not worried about it being approved. I am however worried about how much mine will cost. You'd think that working at a hospital it would be covered at 100% but I don't think it is. I should find out soon....wish me luck!!
