Weekly Weigh In 4/11- 4/17
Little late to the party this week. I was away on a retreat last weekend and ate too many carbs and too much chocolate. It is amazing you can go up 4-5lbs in a weekend. I too know it is mostly water retention and your body reacting from you eating foods you don't normally eat...but still...back on track Monday and it all came off within a couple of days...
I was finally cleared for full exercise this week so I started a new routine. Tony Horton's 22 minute Hard Core (+ 10 minute warm-up). I can only do it for 3 weeks because then I am on to part 2 of my surgery... Breast Lift and Arm Lift...
