Down another three pounds to 307. Still doing the Optifast program, but at 1100-1200 calories a day (so supplemented with some 'real food' as well) due to my starting weight.

My Easter indulgences amounted to: 3 jelly beans. Estimated calories: 32.

Looks like everyone had a great week!! I had a great weekend with family and indulged too much so I will not weigh myself for a few days (and give my body time to detox)

My stats this week:

HW: 337 (I'd been recording 335, but after my physical last week I saw it was 337)

LW: 219.8

TW: 220.1

Avg. Wt. this week: 218.3

Nest Goal: Onderland!

I weigh daily and and my weight fluctuates upwards of +/-3 lbs day to day. Yesterday I was at my lowest weight ever- today its up 3#. Considering the fluctuation and knowing my rate of loss is slowing- I'm going to start taking the average of my daily weights as my official weight for the week. 

Fitness Goal: Still happy with where  I am, 3.5 mile runs, circuit training &, elliptical/stair stepper, bike and weights is the combination of things I cycle though.

Hope everyone is having a great week!  I had gallbladder removal surgery last week and it sucked.  This meant I did nothing for Easter or my Birthday, but I'm finally starting to feel better!

 

High weight: 378

Weight at 1st WLS consult 7/13/15: 363

Weight day of surgery: 339

4/2/16: 239!!!! (This was one of my mini goals - down 100 pounds from surgery!!  This is also my lowest adult weight since college!!!)

Next goal: 228 (down 150 pounds from highest)

 

For every goal I hit I purchase a new charm for a Pandora charm bracelet, so this weekend I purchased 2 charms (one for hitting 250, and one for hitting 239)!  Yay for non-food rewards!
