Well I guess I gotta start buckling down a little more, I've been on a mission to finish up some old food in the house & started with those old protein bars. I had to throw the last box out, my stomach just didn't like it. I forgot what a fresh bar tasted like lol. So even though everything went up, calories, carbs & protein, I still stayed in the 1 to 2 pound range. Guess I should've joined that all meat/critter challenge on the rny board. lol My stats so far:
High weight 366
Last week 180
This week 179
Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi.

Sometimes I start with the old protein bars... to use them up, it can be a real adventure. My latest protein bar purchase was from Sams Club with a friend who has a membership... They were GNC Lean bars, to me they have the texture or Rice Crispy treats. I'm all about the texture, that is why I like Power Crunch. They have them at Walmart now, but hard to find my favorite, PB Fudge.
