Good afternoon everyone. I am new to this forum and I believe that I really need this. I have stopped losing due to bad habits. But I am in the process of correcting these habits. I am 2 years, 2 months post surgery and I never hit my goal. This is my second chance and I do plan on achieving it and maintaining it.
Highest weight: 302.7 lb
This week:
Weight: 209.8
Bust: 39 1/2
Waist: 36 1/2
Hips: 46 1/2
NEW short-term GOALS FOR March 2, 2016 - Loose 10 lbs.
Long-term goal: Reach goal weight of 170 lbs by August 2, 2016.
I think I'm simple or something cause I can't take accurate measurements. Last month I recorded a waist measurement, and when I went to do it this month I recorded a measurement 2" more than last month. I'm never sure how tight the measuring tape should be held.

You're not the only one! LOL I never bothered too much with the tape thing, plus now with the extra skin my measurements are sure to be off. I prefer to go by clothing sizes instead.

Up a pound this week... Ack! It is funny I didn't think I ate that much at the Super Bowl Party but the next morning I was up 3-4lbs. What? Different foods...but it wasn't really 'gain' just my body holding on...So... I guess one pound up on official Wednesday for me is OK... FYI I made this Chocolate chip cookie dough dip for Super Bowl Sunday. Crazy made with chickpeas and tastes like cookie dough. (Chocolate Covered Katie blog)

Don't worry, I think its the body way of saying wth is this? I'll hold onto to some extra water just in case. Besides you've been a little busy lately, change in routine etc, etc.

Three weeks of Optifast down and I'm down another 3 pounds. I had my first serious "I really miss fooooood!" moment earlier this week, but it only lasted for an afternoon and I'm better again. I actually am still struggling eating all of the Optifast 'food' that I'm supposed to, the third shake of the day is always hard for me to do and I typically skip it. This coming week I'll have a second soup instead of a third shake, so maybe that will help.
Hey, less than 200 pounds to lose now. :)

This week has seen some interesting fluctuations in my weight. My trend is the same, a few weeks of losses followed by a gain or maintain. This is my gain week apparently, it's the biggest gain I've had so far. My average weight is stable though. Shrug... If this is the case next week I'll reevaluate then.

Had a busy week at school - my students are having a fundraiser and I'm in charge (ack!) - and I have snacked here and there, but I've also skipped a few meals. I hate when that happens. It isn't intentional at all, I just get busy and since I still don't get hungry, I just don't realize how much time has passed since I last ate. Its the first time in awhile that I've had to make sure I'm getting all of my protein in, but I've been good.
