Hello! I have posted on VSG before but somehow just noticed this board!

My name is Kala. I am scheduled for VSG on Monday and I am beyond excited! I can't wait to continue this journey and make my life better for me and my family!

I love reading your success stories and seeing your before and after pictures, it gives me so much hope and inspiration to do this!

Just wanted to introduce myself!

This forum has a regular weekly weigh in, I encourage you to take part in it- it helps talking things out with those who've been there. Lots of ups and downs will occur, but keep your eyes on the Long term outcome!

Good luck on your upcoming surgery. OH is a great place for information and support. Having WLS is the greatest thing I've ever done for myself. I feel like a completely different person.
