It's at 700. It used to be higher, but that was in the summer when it was much easier to get completed since it was warmer & more daylight.

Wow-- ok. I left mine to the default setting at first, and increased a tiny bit. I'm thinking of increasing it to 500 now.

Six days on Optifast and what is, for me, an 1100 calorie diet. Down nine pounds!

The hardest thing with following the program is avoiding caffeine. It's not like I have to give it up, my doctor-given goal is no more than 2 cans of diet soda a day. Most days I double that. It's still less than I used to drink and I am drinking a ton more water, but it's something I'm trying to work on.

The other issue is getting in all 7 'mini meals' in a day. I tend to get six and a half in -- I'm supposed to do 6 products and a 150 calorie 'meat and green veggies' meal, and I tend to do 5 products and a 200-250 calorie meal.

Surgery Weight: 299

Last Weigh: 180

This Week: 177

Had a lot going on with the loss of my mother so I am honestly glad I did not gain. Two lbs until I reach my personal goal, 11 lbs to my surgeons original goal, and 15 until his revised goal. I see him for my 9 mo follow up on the 18th and I would really like to make my goal! Focusing on myself right now to get through this rough time.

LW - 201

TW - 201

Next Goal - Onederland!

Holding pattern on, but only temporary!

I'm trying to not let the next few pounds be a big deal, but omg it's a huge deal - lol.  I don't want it to turn into a thing, mental block or whatever, so I'm trying to ignore it.  Somehow, even as I am thinking and typing this, I don't think it's going to work.
