Hooray some movement! Not much & its probably water weight. I worked my ass off the last couple of days shoveling snow. Hey did you know shoveling snow counted as a step? New one on me & I was getting the move & circle thingy on my apple watch completed too! So I did a purely selfish & unselfish thing by shoveling out my car, my neighbors car,making a path in front of a neighbors house & the corners near my house. Yeah me!  My stats so far:

High weight 366

Last week 189

This week 187

Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi.

I usually wait until Wednesday but I am happy with today's weight, so I am going with it. I stayed the same. And I am OK with that, I know I am not in the fast moving stage and always happy not to be gaining. It has been weird lately... lots of bloating, constipation... food not agreeing... think it goes back to the hernia...5 weeks to getting it fixed. You would think with food not agreeing I would be eating less, but I feel like I am eating more...because I never feel satisfied and just out of balance.

Next goal:189 I hope to hit this before surgery. Does it matter? probably not, just a mental thing...

Feeling good this week! My broken finger is feeling better and I just ordered an under the desk elliptical for my office so I'm excited to get a tiny bit of exercise. Crossing my fingers I like it!

No change in my weight this week. Boo. But,  a huge change in my bust 1 whole inch and a small change in my hips of 1/4". Slow going, but it's going I guess. I have been waffling in the same area, so I am expecting a decent drop over the next two weeks, according to my pattern.

 

Highest weight: 338 lb

Jan 1 numbers: 220 lb; Bust: 43.75 inches; Waist: 39.5 inches; Hips: 47.75 inches

This week:

Weight: 217 (12 to go)

Bust: 42.75 (0.25 to go)

Waist: 37.5 ACHIEVED, resetting goal to 36 inches (that feel unreal to me lol) (1.5 to go)

Hips: 47.25(1.5 to go)

Finally broke my stall!  I was bouncing around within a 3lb range for almost 2 months, but with my birthday and Christmas I was just happy not to gain.  Last week I decided to up my water from 80oz to 100oz minimum and voila... the weight just started to melt away!  I went from losing an average of 6lb a month (except the last two) to losing 7.2 lbs just this week!

High weight (2013): 449

Start weight (May 2/15): 431.2

Last week: 361.0

This week: 353.8

Next goal: 331.2 

My current goal is to lose 100 lbs in a year, I have no doubt that I'll exceed that as I still have 3 whole months to lost 22lbs :)
