Weekly Weigh In 1/18- 1/24
You have so much going on in your life. "Maintaining" at 180 for now is amazing. You will figure it all out and lose the rest when you are ready. Be kind to yourself!!

High weight: 335
Last week: 236.6
This week: 233.6
Next goal: onederland
Next fitness goal: 3 mile runs
So I added a fitness goal...i realize I like my routine so much I don't push myself to do a little more. I got comfy with running for 30 minutes...which equates to a about 2.5ish miles for me. Im changing my focus to completing # of miles rather then a specific amount of time. I want to do more 5k so I need to focus more on distance. Did 3 miles last night, it felt good.

I'm late to the party, but here now. I am working on losing my holiday weight and am down to my last pound and it is still January!! Woot woot!! Usually it takes me much longer to lose the holiday weight. At 7 years out, I don't panic about it like I used to.

I have been a bit remiss in posting the last few weeks, but I'm excited to share that I hit a major milestone, and am officially down 100 pounds from my highest!!!!
High weight: 378
Weight at 1st WLS consult 7/13/15: 363
Today: 276.5
Next goal: under 263 (which is 100 pounds down from my initial WLS consult)
I also updated my ticker to start from my highest weight rather than my consult weight. I worked hard for those 15 pounds, and they should count too! Hope everyone is doing well!!

Next GOAL - Onederland!
Yay! I was able to get back to the gym this week (3 times!) and even though it was only half time - I'm working my way back to where I was - it felt great. It really is a great stress reliever for me and I just feel better after (even if I've had a crap day).
I'm back!

I weighed in on Thursday but was lazy in posting. I was up one pound, which may or may not have been true weight gain. It was the week before starting Optifast for 16 weeks, and I ate well for four days but then I was thinking of all the food I wouldn't get to eat for months and ate poorly for three days.
So far three days on Optifast have been fine. Because of my high weight and subsequently high BMR I am on 1100 calories, not 800. First day I got it all in, second and third days I've fallen a little short, probably because it was the weekend and I was sleeping longer and awake less long. Haven't really been super-hungry, just normal-hungry when I wake up. Using lots of spices and sugar-free syrups to make things more palatable.
