Weekly Weigh In 1/18- 1/24
So ok my holding pattern is holding strong. Ah the joys of stair step losing, well gotta get steppin sometime. I did way too much stepping/walking outside. It was just way too windy & cold for me to go out bike riding. Now I'm waddling around in the house like my little penguin in my ticker. My stats so far:
High weight 366
Last week 189
This week 189
Next goal 150's & to finally be in the green on the bmi charts

I need a good hard swift kick in the rear. I gained a pound this week. To be honest I expected it to be more. I can use all sorts of excuses, I was out of town for two weeks with work, I started a new job...what it all comes down to is my choices. I feel like when I got below 200 pounds I relaxed. Yes, I am overjoyed with my size now. I haven't been this small since I was 13 years old. However, this is not where I want to end. I want to get to my goal. As of now , I am going to get off my ass, get back on plan, and reach my goal.

Good for you!! No point wallowing in self-pity. That is an important lesson to be learned by all of us. I know when I was morbidly obese and gained, I would just say f-this and gain even more. Not now. I pick myself up and get back on track, just like you.

I was freaked out last week with no weight loss but I lost 3 pounds this week so back to no freaking out :) I'm bored with my snacks though, all I ever snack on is beef jerky because it's low calorie and high in protein, any other snack ideas ?- I keep those around 100 calories or less

I snack on chicken sausages a lot. I am sure they have nitrates, but I like the salt and savory, and I love love love the Trader Joe's jalapeño sausages or the AmyLu andouille chicken sausage. I have no excuse to add a carb to this snack (like I do if I eat cheese or a dip). I also have been loving egg salad recently. I boil up the eggs, peel them immediately and put them in a ziploc. When I want egg salad, I mash one or two up with some light mayo, a touch of mustard, and salt and pepper.
You're doing great with your weight loss! So awesome!
180s FOREVER. And I know why, so I'm not going to complain - I stopped making weight loss a priority. It's not a stall, since that implies I don't know what's going on. And it's not maintenance, since this isn't my ultimate goal. I'm just here.
