Ugh. I was worried about starting work and how that would affect my weight loss and I didn't lose anything this week. There's only been maybe 3 weeks total that that's happened so far so I'm nervous. I'm not going to freak out obviously but I'm still nervous! I'm being way more active than I was before because of the job but I'm up a lot earlier than before so I'm a lot hungrier. I'm going to bed earlier too. My whole schedule is adjusting so I'm hoping that's what's going on. I had gone through a period of about 2 months where I was eating 2 meals a day and a snack. Now I'm eating 3 meals a day and a snack so I'm going back to what I was doing before...I'm still not eating more than 700 calories max.

I'm trying not to stress about it too much yet. Giving it another week before I do.

You are doign amazing. Starting a new job is nerve wracking. It's a big adjustment. Just stay on plan. in two weeks you will be moving again, likely with a decent drop. Keep it up, congratualtions!

Back to posting stats after a well-deserved week off.  The big shocker is that I have lost 2 inches of my waist over the last 2 weeks. That's pretty exciting I have to say. I must admit that I am creeping the size guides for several stores as I get closer and closer to regular sizes. I have bought a few things from the regular sizes side of the store. I think 220 is long gone at this point and I am pretty excited about the teens!

Oh and I bought some thongs. TMI maybe but I am pretty excited and shocked at how comfortable they are. Who knew?

You are almost 10 months out, it is normal not to lose every week. Don't question yourself... the further out you get, this is where you have to learn not to get emotional over the scale and just stay the course.

3 meals and a snack is very reasonable and 700 calories max is not high at all. At your stage I was fluctuating between 750-950 calories a day.

Rather than worrying about the number of meals or exact calories, I would double check, Am I getting enough protein? Am I getting enough fluids/water? If the answer is yes - don't panic...

I know this in my head, really I do, but I am an anxious person by nature so I stress over a lot. But by writing it down here and having people who came before me say that it's normal helps me realize it is! So thank you!

My water intake is good but my protein varies which I know is bad. I'm always up there but I don't always make it. I'm going to try to concentrate on that plus calories over the next few weeks. Thanks!

If your protein is low at the end of the day, maybe try heating up a premier protein and having a night cap. Discovered you can heat premier and it is wonderfully satisfying that way. Suggestion - give yourself a range of calories to fall in. Everyday is not going to be the same.

I have 1 shake a day for breakfast so I don't think I want to start having 2 otherwise that sounds good! My go to snack is beef jerky because of the protein and low cal combo but sometimes I get bored of that and end up eating string cheese with hummus which doesn't have as much protein and way more calories. So I'm going to try to pay closer attention to to protein these next few weeks. Re: calories I don't stick to one amount every day but I hate going over 700 because I'm really try to stretch out the losing period as long as I can. I'm happy with how far I've come but I still have 65 pounds to go! I don't want to become complacent at all and that's what I worry about with increasing them. I don't worry about them constantly- like if we're celebrating something I'll let myself have an 800 cal day but that's like once a month or something.
