Hooray I'm just overweight now! Broke thru & reached my surgeons goals of the 180's. Hell it's 189, so I'm counting it. I did have way too many cookies awhile back, but for the most part I've kept myself in check. Now onto my goal of the 150's & a normal bmi. My stats so far,

So I am not posting any stats today. I've earned a week off (although I am still working my plan). I thought today I would post my new goals. Plus, TMI, it's TOM and that just never works well for me LOL!

New year, new motivation... finally done with having SEVEN people and THREE dogs over at my house for the Holidays. It was a blast, but now it's back to the routine!

I felt like I was off the plan this week. I had some low carb chocolate (1 square but it freaked me out!) And I ate out for a celebration of my new job and I don't know, I just felt like I couldn't wait for DH to go back to work so he would stop tempting me. But I still lost 2 pounds. PHEW. I started the new job today. YAY!!! Good day, just long, with a 2 hour total commute. But it felt good to get out of the house and work. Nervous about the correlation of the office and food and how I'll be able to handle that.

I find I do much better at the office than at home. When I go to work with my food for the day, it is very structured. I can eat, I can separate my liquids and solid food. At home that structure is less developed, there are more choices and more opportunities to graze. I still battle it every day that I am home. but I have picked up more activities to do to distract me or I grab a glass of water because Gasp I have had liquid, and I have to wait at least 1/2 hour before I eat. then I am fine. LOL.
Find your plan what works for you and roll with it. You will be amazing!
I am the same. My two days off each week are definitely the days I struggle. It's more head hunger than anything. I just have to keep mindful, which is sometimes easier said than done

Considering I have been out of town for work for the past two weeks I am ok with this 1 pound. I tried to eat on plan as much as possible. Even took food with me. But sometimes it just could not work out that way. At least I saw a small loss instead of the other direction. Back to basics this week.
