Aww damn, sorry about that.

I can't say I'm worried about thanksgiving. I'm cooking for my little family of 4, no obligations to go elsewhere. I don't amend any of my recipes (i haven't for anything I've eaten so far)so will make things as I typically do. I will cut back on what I make. No Mac and cheese, no rice and peas, no cheesecake. I'll do turkey breast, ham, greens and yams and a sweet potato pie.

Same. It's just me and my husband and son, so it's kind of like every other day. LOL I'll do a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and green beans. Oh, and a pumpkin pie.
I was only a couple months out of surgery last Thanksgiving. Just a bit of turkey and literally one bite of everything else more than did it for me. My capacity hasn't increased much (thank goodness) so I'm anticipating the same - a couple of bites of everything with some of the moister turkey and I'll get the hiccups which is my signal to stop. The day is about being thankful and I am VERY thankful for this surgery. I'll be focusing more on that.
Hmmm...Thanksgiving. My son and Family are arriving at LaGuardia on Thanksgiving at 5PM... So I am making a turkey on Wednesday, going to cut it up and keep it in the roasting pan with broth until we decide when we are eating it. Maybe Friday I guess.I've done this before it works, and stays moist. The sides are quick to pull together. I am going to make a Sugar free Apple pie the weekend before and freeze it. We will probably end up eating dinner in Astoria,Queens at a Korean BBQ or something...LOL.

Not sure what my problem is but it needs to move... Ack! I want to be below 200!! It is taking way longer than I thought.
Started my second round of the 21-day-fix today. I actually like it. It only works if I do it first thing in the AM.

Had my (hopefully) last phlebectomy appointment! This has really killed my exercise. I have been having a hard time dealing with stress lately, and I'm worried about caving into cravings. I have been pretty strong so far, but it has been a hard month. Next goal: Goal!
