I would love to hit Onederland by Christmas. It would be my best present ever to myself.

Is anyone else getting worried about Thanksgiving? I have 3 to go to. 1 is my own and it's just DH, me, my parents and my MIL and I'm not worried about that one. But the other 2 I am. I need tips...I also need to find something to bring to Thanksgiving and to Christmas both. I'm thinking I need a dessert and something savory so I'll need a few recipes. I hate cooking and I hate finding recipes! Ugh, not looking forward to this...

I just made (as a trail run for Thanksgiving) the sugarless Pumpkin pie found on this site - it was amazing! My mom loved it and asked that I make it again. The only thing I did was cut down on the sugar substitute in the pie. When I make it again, I'll cut it down even more. The recipe calls for evaporated skim milk but I only had regular in the pantry and I used egg whites in place of the eggs. 1/8 of a pie was 91 calories - 3g fat -8.8g carbs -5.8g protein. Definitely a winner!

I'm not into cooking either. If you can swing it I order stuff from Tender Filet, their food is preseasoned & doesn't need too much cooking. If anything I'd bring a ham, with or without pineapples on top. Not too sure about dessert, I like my sweets & I'd probably would go all out & get the real thing, not the fake stuff.

I'm thinking of going to Boston market & pretend I cooked it, well ok maybe not pretend, my friends know I don't cook. I'd rather pay someone else to do it.

Tender Filet isn't a restaurant, it's an online site. Lots of good food listed, but it can get pretty pricey, but I really like their food. They deliver it frozen to your house. I like Swiss Colony too, but they have mostly sweets on their site, dang sweet tooth lol.
