Hi Mike,
I'm on a high protein(Egg substitute) diet with veggies at dinner.
for breakfast high protein, 1/2 a piece of fruit or 1/2 slice whole grain bread
lunch high protein 1/2 slice of whole grain bread
snack 15 almonds or 4oz yogurt, 1C air popped popcorn (2) optional snacks per day
Todays menu was:
B: 1/3 C egg substitute, 1.5 oz Canadian bacon, 1/2 slice of whole grain bread
L: 3oz chicken breast, 1 slice reduced fat cheese, 1/2 slice whole grain bread
D: 4oz Grilled Chicken sausage, 2C field greens, 1 TBSP lite Italian dressing, 5 stalks of grilled asparagus
S: 4oz Dannon light & fit yogurt
5'5" HW: 484, SW: 455,CW: 325
