This Week: 304! I reached my goal of being under 50 BMI for surgery!
Next Goal: "twoterville"!
i have the liquid diet to thank for this week's loss... Surgery is in 8 hours!!!

Congrats on reaching your goal! Ooh it was so nice to see a 2 in front of my weight too, it felt like I was truly on my way. Hope you have a smooth surgery & a speedy recovery!, & it looks like we'll be sleeve sisters!, so ok I didn't go for the DS, but it's close enough for me, lol, saving a seat for you on the losers bench.

Ok, time for my holding pattern, just when I was so close to getting to Onderland! That's ok, staying the path, I'll get there eventually! No craziness to speak of, I'm on my marathon of mids at work, so getting in my exercise this week will be challenging, much less my steps, plus my knee is a little stiff.
Sheesh you'd think with the majority of my weight off, that I wouldn't keep running into this problem, but I guess the damage from obesity/diabetes all the years prior to that still kicks in every now & then. My stats so far:

I'll be going to visit my aunt for a long weekend, so am hoping to keep my cals down and my protein up.
Next goal: Don't gain on vacation!
