This week: 208

Today is my 14 month surgiversary. Lost 9 pounds this month...very happy about that as I only lost 2 pounds last month and was worried the weight loss was over.

Feeling great about my numbers this week. Increased my carbs slightly from 40 to around 50-60 and I can tell that has helped me get over my slump. Onederland and just being "overweight" is just around the corner!

Missed two days at the gym this week due to a loss in the family-  Made it yesterday, though, and meeting with a swim instructor today.

High weight: 386

Last week's: 332.6

This week's: 330.6

Next goal: Into the 200s, please!  But seeing how that is some time off, I'll be happy with being in the 320's!

(Disclaimer: I'm visiting with my parents and am at the mercy of their scale. i hate "foreign" scales, and it doesn't do tenths if pounds like mine either). I'm treating this  week as a maintain.

Next goal:255 (1/2 way to goal).

Most of the time I feel like everything flows pretty smoothly.  I plan food, take drinks everywhere, have vitamins with me, make sure I change for the gym at work so I will go (!)... but sometimes, in the middle of all of that, it hits me that it is A LOT of work.  This is hard.  You can plan and plan, but beyond that it still takes vigilance and commitment.  I hope I never lose sight of that.
