Weekly Weigh-In 9/14-9/20
Oooh, I just found this thread! I will most definitely be posting weekly. *nods* I'm weighing in every weekday when I go to the gym at the same time of day, but because I'm insane, I'm using a 5 day moving average to get a more accurate weight, given how our bodies tend to fluctuate daily.
I just started the gym last week, and two of those days didn't work out (forgot my swim cap Monday, the pool closed early on Friday), so I only have three dates of weighing- I'll use the most recent for this post.

Next goal: Into the 200s, please!

Week was hectic! Major deadline at work (yes I did meet it) and the college students are returning! I will be swimming tomorrow.
Next goal: 175 lbs. (My weight at 11 years old. I was 5'8", 175 lbs., size 10 shoe)
I was away this week so don't have an official weight. I am going to say stayed the same, but measured today and did lose 1" off both waist and hips. So yay for inches. Next goal: Onderland!
