Even though I am losing still, I feel myself getting more lax. I am allowing food that I should not be eating to creep in. It's time to buckle back down and get these last 70 pounds off.

It's good that you see the bad habits creeping in, so often it's simply second nature so we don't even see it happening.

Thanks for starting it, Peachpie!

Highest ever: 380

Last week: 315

This week: 315 (on my weigh-in day, although 313 as of today!)

Next goal: Hoping to get to 309 (BMI 49.9) which will take me out of Super Morbidly Obese and into 'just' Morbidly Obese before surgery in 10 days! The 1-week pre-op diet will probably help with that!

Glad you did it this week! I'm still steppin, but I'm guessing I'll be heading into my holding pattern again, especially since I went carb crazy today! Well I'm not gonna beat myself up, just pick myself up & keep it moving.   My stats so far:

Thank you starting this thread.  This is the first time I've posted my weight loss, because this last week has been very frustrating.  I'm only 6 weeks post-op, and should be losing faster, so I'm a little frustrated.

High weight: 239.9

Last week: 191.7

Today: 188.5

Next goal: 180 when I'll no longer be obese!

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Weight loss doesn't happen in a perfect pattern. I lost 11 pounds the week after surgery and then didn't lose for 3 1/2 weeks. I went into another stall in my third month. It can be very frustrating, but it will happen...

Busy week but felt great.  Last week was a bit of a bummer number-wise, but I felt like I bounced back.  I was at the gym yesterday and I realized I'm normal size, fat normal (thank you melting inner arms and thighs), but still within range of normal size.  I'm still getting used to my reflection, eps in comparison to those around me.  I'm a bit smaller than I think I am in my head, but I'm getting there.
