Weekly Weigh-In 9/7 - 9/13
I was off Prilosec/Omeprezole this week because I was going for an H.Pylori test. Not feeling well being off the meds meant I did well on the scale. Hate to say it, but I'll take it. :)

Its my off week, so it was expected - but it still sucks when it feels like a great week, my daily MFP totals are where I want to be, I'm getting in all of my gym time and steps in, and then on weigh day I gain. Stupid ovulation, ugh.
On weeks like this I just keep thinking of the little weightlifting emoji... just keep going, keep at it...
HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40
"almost there,...keep going,...stay focused,...eyes on the prize" - the guy at my gym
I always saw that emoji as a robot coming to get me. I see the weights now! LOL

Surgery weight on 6/22 was 401 and today the scale said 341 and change. I'm dubious since I don't have the best scale, but I will keep recording it and check in with the bariatric surgeon in two weeks.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
