I'm not sure I have actually participated in one of these weekly weigh in's yet. I just came off of a stall. I am 7 weeks post op. My highest weight was never actually documented as we didn't have a scale around us to weigh and my doctor's scale was broke at the time so....
HW: 430+
SW: 421
CW: 384
Last week: 390
Next goal: 350
HW - 392
LW - 222
TW - 217
Next GOAL - 206 (80% excess lost!)
I had a stall and just felt stuck for a little over a month, but I'm back to a regular schedule and I'm feeling great!
Some recent NSVs - I had a week long training on the main campus of my college and it was awesome. I used to have a hard time with all the walking and stairs (its a sprawling campus), and would avoid it whenever possible by paying $$$ for closer parking and elevators, but this time I was fine with all of the walking and the stairs were no problem. I had to slow down for some of my classmates. Also, I fit in the desks... all of them.... with room to spare. I walked into our session room and saw those desks that I loathed back in college and for a second I wasn't sure if I was going to fit. I spent many hours stuffed into one of those things with the metal bar and front desk painfully pushed into my side and tummy, ever reminding me just how big I was. This time no problem. (It kinda made me sad for young college me having to do that every day, in every class.)
Next goal 206 and then Onderland!
HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40
"almost there,...keep going,...stay focused,...eyes on the prize" - the guy at my gym
I had a mini stall when I started working out (to be expected) but the workouts are proving helpful, along with all the water i am finally able to drink. It feels so good to be hydrated!!! Omg that part was a tough one!
This morning I finally saw 300 on the scale!!! I wanted to shout it from the rooftop! Only I just called my husband into the bathroom and showed him. He was so proud of me. But my goal is 299, so today i am motivated to burn tons of calories and get there tomorrow.
High weight: 355
Last week: 306
This week: 300!
Next goal: 299
Now I have to figure out a goal for after that. :/ I guess the next 50 pounds down will be good. :)
