LOL @ the carb monster.  My carb monster comes in the form of popcorn.  I can eat a LOT of popcorn.

So, my 4 week stall has finally broken with a glorious 4 lb. loss.  Woo!

HW:  311

LW:  169

TW:  165

(I dont know where the rest of my message went????) ---------> basically there was a whole bunch of me dancing for joy that I finally broke my stall ----- YAY!!! ----- and happy about wrapping up summer and getting ready to get back to school.  Ah, well.

Next GOAL - 206 (80% excess lost)
