1st Dr appointment in June 265

2nd Dr appointment in June 260

3rd Dr appointment in July 254

Pre op diet now at day 6 my own scale not 100% sure of the accuracy 242 this morning August 3rd surgery is still 9days out goal to be 222 synchronicity number before surgery I'm not holding my breath 20 lbs in 9 days idk but it's only a number if i don't reach it I'll still be happy I tried.
