New and have know clue
Welcome to the group! Good luck on your journey! Just remember you didn't get here over night and it won't come off over night, just take one step at a time, and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up a time or two, it's gonna happen. You can totally do this!!! Silly little thought on "cheating" on a diet and saying oh I'll start back up on Monday.... just think of it as brushing your teeth, if you miss a morning, you don't wait til Monday and start over, no, you go pick up where you were and brush your teeth! Same thing here, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep going!!!
Welcome! I'm new too. First, check with your insurance co. to see if WLS (weight loss surgery) is coveredand and check out which bariatric surgeons are covered under your plan. Shop around and ask lots of questions. I've been reading tons of posts here an it's helping me so much. Good luck. The one thing my ins. requires is a 6 month medically supervised weight loss plan. If yours requires this, too - don't wait to get started on it. I was told that the code for each visit has to be specifically for weight loss.
