Weigh in 7/6-7/12
I am a teacher and enjoying my summer relaxing. Usually I schedule a bunch of activities for the kids, but this year I decided not to. We are having a great summer so far. I was worried I would get bored and eat (which is what I tend to do) but I haven't been. I think the difference this summer is that I got a fitbit. It is easy to see when I am being a slug. I average 12,000 steps a day. I can tell my legs are in better shape because my shorts are falling off me.

Had house guests for 2 weeks and there were lots of carbs in the house as they have 3 small children. I realize I withstand the temptation because it is not int he house. SO fluctuated around the same number, this week dropped 3 and was so excited. 2 weeks until my one year anniversary.

*le sigh* Well, it's really a .6 loss (169.8 to 169.2) but when I log I only count the whole numbers. So, samesies. Methinks I need to tighten up my weighing/logging as I get closer to goal. Now is not the time for me to start relaxing. Eyes on the prize, baby!

Next goal: so my next goal is 50#'s lost. This week brings me to 49.4 lost. Figures the darn scale couldn't get me there this week. My next goal after that is 255, that makes me 1/2 way too my goal.

It's my off week so totally not unexpected to stay the same, but I tried. Ah well, slowly but surely still shrinking tho. Had a huge NSV this weekend: I bought my first size small in my entire adult life. Banana Republic is having a huge sale (50% off clearance!) so I stopped in while I was waiting around for someone and I tried a few things on. The stylist/attendant was super helpful and kept bringing me stuff to look at and I decided on a few things. It wasn't until I was home that I realized the jacket and cardigan I bought were mediums and the crop sweater was a SMALL. omg.
