It has been a tough week. This was my first week since surgery not losing ANYTHING. I know that the weight loss will start back. However, not seeing a loss after all the hard work just sucks lol. Oh well, maybe next week.

I'm almost 7 years out. I seem to do well with my weight in summer and fall and then fall off the wagon in winter and spring. Anyone else notice a cycle in their weight from year to year??

One year ago today I was going into surgery, nervous and excited. It was a tough first few months, but I am so happy I did it (and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!). I'm also thankful that I have a supportive family and wonderful friends. I'm looking forward to closing out this journey and reaching goal in the next year.
Cheers to everyone - keep it up!
