So I lost 6 pounds this week which is the most I've ever lost in one week, including right after surgery. But I've been sick all week and haven't eaten much so I'm trying to brace myself for the gain that will inevitable come this week from going back to eating the RNY normal and healthy way. This past week I wasn't meeting my protein goals and basically drank water, a protein shake and ate some yogurt every day and that's it. So while I tell myself now that it's ok if I gain I need someone to remind me it's ok next Monday ok???

i HATE periods. Sorry to any guys reading this, but I have to vent for a second. It won't be gross, I swear.
Last week I was feeling so good about myself. Started the week at 334, then tuesday went to 333, then wednesday had a craving so bad I literally made a trip to the kitchen in my sleep. IN MY SLEEP! I ate crackers. Ritz crackers. I have no idea how many. My husband says only about 5 or 6 cause that is all that was left in the open wrapper. (who leaves 5 or 6 crackers? LOL) But I was so mad at myself I spent all thursday depressed. Friday too. I didn't get much water in cause I was so pissed at myself. I know I wasn't in control but what the hell?! I haven't done any sleepwalking since I was a teen. Am I that stressed and so deep into cravings that I am going to sleepeat now? My new fridge is too pretty to put a lock on it. So saturday i get on the scale and I am 335. WHAT THE HELL!!! I have been only doing 3 protein shakes a day and 2 jellos a day! I can't possibly have gained 2 pounds from 5 or 6 crackers. All weekend I freaked out thinking i must have eaten WAY more that night. So last night my daughter tells me she started her period early, and that she blames me. (her cycle synchs to mine) This morning I wake up and its official. I am a week and a half early for my period, and I am officially only 1 pound down from last week. I hate being female.
Oh yeah, and my revision surgery to RNY from the band is this friday. Its hard to be excited.

Yooo-awwww! Finally some downward progress that I needed to see. I ate clean and low carb last wee****il Friday/Saturday night at the local church carnival. But hey, I figured I burned some calories riding those insanely dangerous rides and screaming my lungs out that I could not fit into before, like the Scrambler or the Zipper. I also logged a lot of walking/jogging/running, both during lunch and in the evenings.

Goal weight: 140 (my weigh****chers goal weight for the past 25 years so I stick with it)
Current weight: 140!!
I want to lose 2-3 more to get back to my comfort zone, but 140 is my "official" goal weight so I am excited to be back to it. I had gained 5 over the holidays and kept going up and down since then. I finally feel back on track physically and mentally.

Hi Gwen and all! I am joining in, since I am UP three pounds since last Friday...surprise surprise, when I eat a bunch of **** I can't maintain my weight. Who woulda thunk? So I am back to logging and making better choices and trade-offs. I would love to lose those three pounds by Saturday since I am headed on a week long business trip to France and I don't want to start a week of travel at the high end of my personal weight range goal (150-160).

I'm getting stressed out about the triathlon relay I'm swimming in on Sunday. Even though I know I can swim the distance, I'm getting nervous about swimming it in a pool full of people racing against me. Ugh.
