Another week and I have a game plan.  I'm going to skip weighing for two weeks and see what happens. I need to break this cycle of panic eating once I get close to 180.

I am so happy because I broke my stall, yay!! And even though I'm not buying new shirts because I can pretty much shop in my closet for awhile I had to break down and buy new pants. I a having problems with not losing anything in my arms which has always been an issue for me - I have the largest arms. Now my worry is that I will lose weight everywhere but there so I won't be able to get smaller sizes anyway. But I'll cross that bridge when I get there I guess.

I have noticed the same thing. I have lost  two pants sizes so far. However, I am still wearing the same shirts . They are just a little bit looser. It's strange how our bodies lose.

I'm in a second week stall from hell.   I got all the way down to 337 last week and then put weight back on.   How, I have no idea.   I'm eating under 1000 calories a day and 20 to 30 grams of carbs.   So I think I need to increase my water again.

Considering the CRAP I ate over Memorial Day weekend, I was shocked as **** to see any weight loss.  I have a feeling that it's temporary and will add some pounds as the week wears on.  Back to a protein based, low carb approach this week to see if I can get the scale to move in the right direction.

I'm 1 week post op today so the weight is flying off right now. Hopefully it will keep up at this rate for a little longer. I also gained 12 lbs while in the hospital, I lost those this week as well so if I were counting them it would be a 22lb total loss for this week. Now if only I didnt feel like death.

I'm up 3 lbs from last week, so I need to be accountable. I'm eating the boy's cereal late at night. WTF?  Maybe I'm saying goodbye to food that is bad for me.

Had a sad week and dealt with a loss at school (our poor students) all while trying to get them through the last weeks before summer.  I was never more glad that I pretty much eat on a schedule or I would have forgotten to do it.

Also of note I had several students, specifically girls, make comments about my weight loss in the last couple of weeks.  Its funny the things other people see, or pick up on, when you aren't paying attention. I was sitting down eating pizza with them (lunch, one slice, thin, meat, no crust/bread) when they told me they had all noticed I'd lost a lot of weight, and they had talked about it and wondered how I did it.  Then one of them pipes up and said "I told them you are always working out and eating protein."  Even though I think they all scatter to the wind when the bell rings, apparently most of them have see me on my way out in my gym attire (I change at school so I can go in and out of the gym then home).   They also pay attention when I am eating, and what I'm eating/drinking, which they all assessed as protein, healthy and not junk food.  It seems that some had wondered if I just stopped eating, and my students assured them that they see me eating all of the time, just not a lot, and not "bad" stuff.

Thank goodness for small favors.
