Oh how I would love to hit my next goal by my one year appointment at the end of June.
I had a challenging week and I found myself doing some mindless eating. I had been really good about avoiding this behavior, but it just kind of crept up on me. I identified it, made some adjustments, and I'm ok.
Goal**** - I have now lost 70% of my excess weight (yay!) and my BMI dipped down to below 35 for the first time since I can remember, so I officially wouldn't qualify for wls with my doctor. Wow.
HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40

Ugh. Stupid stall. Also stupid me for being less diligent about getting my water in. The more I drink, the more I lose. But at 8 weeks out, I still have a lot of trouble just getting in enough calories every day let alone dealing with the timing issues for two litres of water.
