I'm slowly getting myself back on track after the March from Hell.  

High weight - 319
Last week - 185
This week - 183.2
Next goal - 180

I've got about a month to reach this goal since I really want to be there, my high school weight, before my 20th high school reunion!  This is the only time-sensitive goal I've ever had.  

VSG with Dr. Salameh - 3/13/2014
Diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and started Vyvanse - 7/22/2016
Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Age 42 Height 5'4" HW 319 (1/3/2014) SW 293 (3/13/2014) CW 149 (7/16/2017)
Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170

Can I just say how happy I am that the Easter candy is all gone?  Thankfully there are no more "chocolate holidays" until Halloween!

Last Week- 332

This week- 326

Next goal- 297 by May 5, my 6 month post-op weigh in. That will mean I lost 100 pound since my before-surgery weight. It might be unlikely, but it's a goal! 

This is the first weigh in that puts me under the 50+ BMI category! Yay!

This week - 240

Meh.  I'm sick.  I just want to be able to breathe.  Ugh - I hate allergies and all of the complications that come with them.  I've been feeling bad all week - and it's my off week, and I missed a few days of work, and I spent a few days in just sleeping and trying to feel better, and I didn't go to the gym at all.... just overall yuck.  I ate what I normally eat, but just barely.  My days felt off because I didn't feel well and I kept having to remind myself to eat.  I just want to feel better.

HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40
