I had rny and my plan was 0 carbs, bread, rice or pasta till I was 9 mons out. I was 550 and lost 307 lbs. I drank fluid and matched your protein. They didn't have me count calories at all and everything was measured in oz. 2 Oz of food 3 times a day months 1-3. 4 oz months 3-6. 6 Oz months 6 to 9. 8 Oz months 9 to 12. 12 Oz after 12 months. 2 Healthy snacks a day (fruit, nuts)
